It is when a very heavy heart and tears rolling down that we inform that our OCPC staff member, Ray Guarino, suddenly passed away on the evening of Monday, September 29, 2025.
Ray was 71 years young. He leaves his wife Tina, his son Christopher and his daughter Amelia, his siblings and so many friends.
For those who did not know Ray, he had worked for OCPC for over 20 years and had retired in March 2024 but remained working for OCPC on a part time basis. Ray was a mentor to so many in the Transportation Department over the years and a friend who was like family to the whole office and anyone he met.
Ray volunteered his time to work with BAMSI and our Ombudsman staff and the brown bag program. He always found time for community service, both for the OCPC region and his hometown of Nashua NH. We should all be like Ray!
Please keep Ray, his wife Tina, son, daughter, and family, along with our OCPC staff, past and present, and OCPC Board members, in your prayers – as all are devasted by this sudden loss.
On behalf of all of us, and with a broken heart,
Mary Waldron
Executive Director
